For the second week in a row we will be working a skill that popped up in the CrossFit Games programming. Today’s rope climbing will not be a timed component. The emphasis will be on working proper technique so that you can efficiently get yourself up the rope safely. Check out the video above courtesy of BeastSkills.   3. Press 155 165 185…205 1RM PR. Prowler sled work before that… I want to vomit…

  4. 3×5 press 85# only 3 times, then 82# only 3 times, then 81# 5 times….im starting to max out on weight, its starting to feel real heavy doing it five times, so next time ill try 82# again at 3×5
