I would like to say from the very beginning the road to fitness is very long  just like a marathon. We all can run this race some better than others but if we all just keep running we will all make it to the same destination physical fitness.

Talking about food if you are just getting started you need to start with small goals. Changing the way you have eaten all your life takes time. Over time you will become better and more disciplined with yourself. We here at Cutting Edge CrossFit will help and encourage you to reach your goal.

Start doing something to move your fitness goals forward.  Take a longer walk then normally, park further from the store and or take stairs over the elevator.
